Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager with expertise in leading eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, HCL Commerce, Commerce Tools, Adobe Commerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on eCommerce platform solutions.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs, translating them into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations and support.
Manage and oversee the resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely responses and solutions to client concerns.
Provide technical consulting on platform customizations, integrations, and best practices to optimize performance.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive support and recommendations aligned with their business objectives.
Assist in pre-sales activities, providing technical insights and solution demonstrations when required.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in eCommerce platforms and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical background in at least two of the following platforms: SAP Commerce, HCL Commerce, Commerce Tools, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Experience with cloud-based environments and microservices-based architectures.
Understanding of API integrations, middleware solutions, and common eCommerce frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple clients and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior experience in a consulting or pre-sales technical role.
Certifications in relevant eCommerce platforms or cloud technologies.
