Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional with a strong background in business development to sell IT services to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and a passion for building customer relationships. This role requires someone who can cultivate leads, build a customer pipeline, and drive revenue growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Cultivate leads using email marketing, cold calling, social media, and company-generated leads.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify potential customers and gain a high-level understanding of their IT service solution needs.
Set up pre-sales calls with potential customers to discuss their needs and requirements.
Lead pre-sales meetings involving the technical manager and customer to refine requirements.
Work with the technical team to provide tailored IT service proposals to customers.
Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or technology services (but not mandatory).
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience leveraging multiple sales channels, including cold outreach, email marketing, and social media.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to build and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission based on performance KPIs.
