Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional with a strong background in business development to sell IT services to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude and a passion for building customer relationships. This role requires someone who can cultivate leads, build a customer pipeline, and drive revenue growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.

  • Cultivate leads using email marketing, cold calling, social media, and company-generated leads.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Identify potential customers and gain a high-level understanding of their IT service solution needs.

  • Set up pre-sales calls with potential customers to discuss their needs and requirements.

  • Lead pre-sales meetings involving the technical manager and customer to refine requirements.

  • Work with the technical team to provide tailored IT service proposals to customers.

  • Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.

  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or technology services (but not mandatory).

  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience leveraging multiple sales channels, including cold outreach, email marketing, and social media.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain a robust customer pipeline.

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission based on performance KPIs.
