Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a signage company, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage production, logistics, and team performance.

Must have: Need to have at least 5 years of experience in the signage industry. 

Location: Onsite - Willowbrook, IL

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Operational Oversight:

o    Plan, manage, and monitor all stages of signage production, from design to installation.

o    Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

o    Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

2.      Team Management:

o    Lead and mentor a team of production staff, installers, and administrative personnel.

o    Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity.

o    Provide training and support to enhance team skills and knowledge.

3.      Quality Assurance:

o    Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

o    Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and high-quality output.

o    Conduct inspections and resolve quality issues promptly.

4.      Customer Relations:

o    Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding project progress and delivery timelines.

o    Maintain strong relationships with key clients to support business growth.

5.      Resource Management:

o    Oversee procurement and inventory management for raw materials and supplies.

o    Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.

o    Optimize the use of equipment and resources to maximize production efficiency
