Position: Cost Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.

• Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements for construction projects.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in residential or commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and cost estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ProEst).

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Work Schedule:

• This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

• Remote work may be considered depending on the project's requirements

Compensation:

• Compensation will be on a per project basis, with rates negotiated based on project scope and complexity
