Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner with 10-12 years of experience in sales, account management, and technology delivery. This role requires a consultative approach to building strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding AI, Data, Cloud, and Automation solution offerings within enterprise accounts. As a trusted advisor to clients, the Client Partner will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, collaborating with delivery teams, and ensuring overall client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Management: Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, becoming a trusted business partner.

  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell AI, Data, Cloud, and Automation solutions.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and position technology-driven solutions that create measurable business value.

  • Technology Delivery Alignment: Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Executive Engagement: Collaborate with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and stakeholders to influence business strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Account Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring high levels of client retention.

  • Market & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on emerging AI, Data, and Cloud trends to provide valuable insights and advisory support to clients.

 Required Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in client management, enterprise sales, or account leadership, preferably in AI, Data, Cloud, or Automation domains.

  • Strong background in technology delivery with an understanding of enterprise AI transformation.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and driving client success.

  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and build deep, strategic client relationships.

  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-growing AI, Cloud, or Automation-focused company.

  • Prior consulting or delivery experience in AI, Data, or Intelligent Automation.

  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and enterprise adoption strategies.
