Location: Remote position, but residency within the United States with valid work authorization is required

Summary:

Actively participate in software development, configuration, and testing of projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation phases. This role will lead and engage cross-functional business and technology team members through the project lifecycle, developing and documenting business requirements to be used by the software development/delivery teams, as well as the basis for test cases utilized by the QA team to ensure that solutions meet the business requirements. The Technical Business Analyst provides leadership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholders' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing User Acceptance Testing.

  • Lead Client discovery sessions

  • Suggesting solutions to improve software and programs

  • Unit testing and debugging

  • Assist in creating training plans and guides.

  • Assist in business Change Management activities

Requirements:

  • Experience and deep understanding of the QNXT Provider data model a plus.

  • Experience and deep understanding of the QNXT Benefits or Provider Pricing data model a plus.

  • Degree in any field, technical is a plus or 4 years of QNXT experience
